Overview of Concept Plan

Mayari Sierra is a thoughtfully designed luxury development that integrates a small forest-like zone, an active and social zone, and a private zone bringing about Rainforest Hotel and Resort, a Nature and Country Club with sports facilities, and a Residential Condominium complex. As the master planner, our approach focuses on harmonizing the built environment with the natural landscape while ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Design Philosophy

The primary goal of Studio Terrano for Mayari Sierra is to create a development that respects and preserves the site’s natural characteristics. We worked closely with the land’s existing topography, allowing the natural contours to guide the layout of the buildings, pathways, and open spaces. This approach not only minimizes environmental impact but also enhances the experience of residents and guests by fostering a deeper connection with nature.

Sustainability and Environmental Stewardship

Sustainability is a cornerstone of the Mayari Sierra master plan. We propose the use of sustainable materials, energy-efficient systems, and water conservation measures throughout the development. In this plan, existing trees were preserved wherever possible, and new plantings were chosen to complement the native ecosystem. These efforts ensure that Mayari Sierra remains in harmony with its natural surroundings.

Mayari Sierra represents a balanced integration of luxury living and environmental sensitivity. As master planners, our focus was on creating a development that not only meets the needs of its residents and guests but also honors the natural beauty of the site. This project is a model for how thoughtful planning and design can result in a harmonious and sustainable living environment.

Key Zones at Mayari Sierra

Rainforest Hotel and Resort – The hotel is strategically placed to offer a unique rainforest experience. Elevated walkways connect guests to various amenities, ensuring minimal disturbance to the natural environment. The design incorporates natural materials and organic forms, creating a seamless blend between the resort and its surroundings.

Nature and Country Club –  The country club is the recreational heart of Mayari Sierra. It features a variety of sports facilities connected by an all-day club dining area and garden – designed to fit naturally within the landscape. The layout ensures that these facilities are easily accessible yet discreetly integrated into the environment, providing both privacy and convenience.

Residential Area –  The residential component of Mayari Sierra, Mayari Residences, includes six condominium buildings, each designed to offer luxury living with a strong connection to the surrounding greenery. The residences are positioned to maximize views and privacy and are linked by pathways that meander through landscaped gardens, enhancing the sense of community while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.
